What you have learnt through experience and through this course will provide you with an excellent foundation for building the skills of your team.

To start the skills development process, you could:

• provide your team members with a briefing on what you learnt through this course
• work with each person to go through the Skills assessment and identify three areas in which they will aim to develop their skills over the next 12 months
• include team members in planning for community engagement events
• include team members in relationship-building activities with key stakeholders.
