Evaluation planning
Developing an evaluation plan is a critical part of planning a successful community engagement activity. By undertaking evaluation planning at the same time as other planning activities, you can be confident that appropriate data will be collected at various points during your engagement activities. This will satisfy the information needs of your audiences and allow you to modify your engagement process along the way if necessary.
