Important

Prior to your attendance at the one-day workshop:

  • Complete this Pre-workshop questionnaire in either PDFPDF (15KB) or MS WordMS Word (40KB) format as it is required by your workshop facilitator. It will provide the facilitator with valuable background information on you and your agency's unique Community Engagement focus and development needs.
  • Print this Participant manual in either PDFPDF (336KB) or MS WordMS Word (647KB) format. This manual contains the activities that form the basis of the facilitated program.
