Audience
The Managing Community Engagement program has been designed for people in public sector management roles who deliver services and programs direct to the community and who have responsibility for improving community engagement practices in their region, team or local area.
These managers will generally be at the AO6–AO8 level (or equivalent) and are likely to have some experience and responsibility for working with community groups and engagement.
